These documents govern your use of ClearAI PRO, operated by LAGI International LLC. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using ClearAI PRO ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use ClearAI PRO.
ClearAI PRO is an AI-powered estimating platform for electrical, fire alarm, low voltage, security, CCTV, AV, access control, and general contractors. Features include blueprint analysis, quantity takeoffs, proposal generation, state-adjusted labor rates for all 50 states, and a GC bid system. We may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
Trial abuse (multiple accounts, fraudulent signups) may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

Subscriptions bill monthly via Stripe. We will notify you by email 30 days before any price change. If a payment fails we retry at 3 and 7 days, then suspend your account until resolved.
You agree NOT to: create multiple trial accounts, share login credentials beyond your plan's user limit, reverse engineer the Service, use bots or scrapers, upload documents you don't have rights to share, resell access without written consent, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
AI estimates are for bidding reference only. Always review AI-generated proposals before submitting to clients. Actual costs may vary based on local conditions, material prices, and site factors.
ClearAI PRO does not guarantee the accuracy of estimates. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of bids you submit. We are not liable for lost bids, project losses, or financial outcomes from using AI-generated content. You are responsible for ensuring all work complies with applicable codes and that you hold required licenses.
ClearAI PRO and all related IP is owned by LAGI International LLC. You retain ownership of documents you upload. AI-generated proposals created through your use of the Service are yours to use commercially without restriction. By uploading content you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAGI INTERNATIONAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100.
You may delete your account by contacting hello@clearaipro.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud, or non-payment. Upon termination, access ends immediately and data is retained 90 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by US law. Disputes not resolved informally will go to binding arbitration — you waive the right to class action lawsuits. We may update these Terms at any time with 14 days email notice to active subscribers.
We never sell your personal information. Our revenue comes from subscriptions only.

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS/SSL. Passwords are hashed — we never see them. Credit card info goes directly to Stripe — we never receive or store it. Your Anthropic API key is stored only in your browser's local storage — never on our servers.
Uploaded blueprints are sent to Anthropic's API for processing and are not permanently stored on ClearAI PRO servers. Anthropic's own Privacy Policy applies to that processing.

Email hello@clearaipro.com to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under CCPA — we do not sell data, so there is nothing to opt out of selling.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. We may update this policy at any time — material changes will be emailed to active subscribers with the updated effective date shown above.
ClearAI PRO is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
